We want you to love your smile, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all Hismile products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and meet our hygiene safety standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Hismile products in their original box and include the provided return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
